I am a postdoctoral researcher at Zuse Institute Berlin working in the IOL Lab led by Sebastian Pokutta. Within this context, I am responsible for the research area ‘Humans and AI’.
My work investigates how agentic AI, machine learning, and human-centered AI design can be integrated to create adaptive and personalized systems that support education, learning, and decision-making, ultimately contributing to positive societal impact.
My research focuses on the development and evaluation of large language model (LLM)-based educational tools and agentic simulations. Using experimental approaches, I collaborate with schools and industry partners to assess the potential and requirements of AI technologies in authentic educational settings. I am particularly interested in socially-aware AI and the application of AI in augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) environments to enhance learning experiences.

The paper presents a teacher-centred LLM-based multi-agent system that supports teachers in developing personalized educational materials according to student characteristics.
